Job summary

You will work with instructional systems specialists and SMEs to ensure effective delivery and alignment with course objectives. The role requires evaluating courses, planning resources, and advising on training needs, with occasional travel and a full-time permanent appointment within the USACE framework.

Responsibilities

• Executes the training plan for assigned PROSPECT courses with instructional systems specialists and SMEs.
• Analyzes assigned courses to determine methodology, required research, SME assistance, and need for educational surveys.
• Collaborates with instructional systems specialists to project and manage training resources such as materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Serves as analysis-training development team member, independent action officer, or project officer.
• Projects future course requirements considering labor, travel, facilities, equipment, and costs.
• Analyzes student evaluations to identify problem areas and mastery gaps.
• Advises USACE organizations on training program objectives.
