The Children's Law Center is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Training Program Assistant who is excited about both purpose-driven work and the flexibility of travel. This position requires frequent travel throughout Midland Counties, including Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, and Richland Counties, with occasional travel to other areas across South Carolina. You will travel independently and at times alongside the Program Manager and training team members to support statewide juvenile justice initiatives. Regular travel to the Columbia office for coordination, administrative training, and event support is also expected.
The ideal candidate can blend traditional administrative excellence with creative communication skills. You may document the impact of our work through detailed meeting notes, organized training records, thoughtful follow-up communication, or even assisting with social media content that highlights the meaningful work being done across communities. Your attention to detail will help ensure training runs smoothly, evaluations are captured, materials are prepared, and stakeholders stay informed and engaged.
