Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Minnesota is seeking a strong trainer to prepare caregivers for meaningful work with seniors and adults who need support at home. You will lead engaging training, explain caregiving skills clearly, and provide opportunities for participants to practice and ask questions.

This part-time role requires patience, organization, and the ability to adapt to different experience levels, with a fixed Wednesday daytime commitment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging training using our established materials and procedures.

• Explain and demonstrate caregiving skills clearly.

• Give participants opportunities to practice and ask questions.

• Provide constructive feedback that builds confidence and reinforces safe practices.

• Help caregivers understand how to support clients’ dignity, independence, and daily routines.

• Communicate with our team about participants’ progress and areas needing additional support.

There may be opportunities to help develop or improve training materials in the future, depending on organizational needs and your interests and skills.
