Job summary

A logistics company in Lockbourne is seeking a Training Coordinator to maintain training records, track employee participation, and coordinate training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years of training experience. Responsibilities include evaluating program effectiveness and supporting leadership development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Job description

  • Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
  • Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
  • Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
  • Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
  • May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program.
  • Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.
  • Other duties assigned

  • Minimum 2 years training and development experience
  • Experience in logistics industry preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
