Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in training or operations.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is preferred.
• Exposure to quality management systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department and instructors in training the Operations team.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
• Generate reports and coordinate with supervisors on training needs.
