• Dispatch instructors and prepare training materials and supplies.
• Ensure sessions are organized and ready before the date.
• Support instructors with scheduling updates, documentation, and resources.
• Manage customer and training records, verify participant details, and issue certificates.
• Billing and follow-up: prepare invoices and track recertifications.
• Inventory and admin support: track materials and office operations.
• Marketing and outreach: promote classes and respond to inquiries.
