Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking an HR Assistant (Training & Operations Support) to provide administrative and coordination support to the Training team. This role helps ensure training programs are organized, tracked, and delivered on schedule, supporting enrollment, scheduling, communications, and recordkeeping across stores and trainers.

You will maintain training records, prepare materials, support logistics, and collaborate with HR and Operations to keep programs compliant and effective

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business admin, communications or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of administrative, HR training coordination or related experience.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn internal systems and training platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs including onboarding, compliance training and leadership development.
• Schedule sessions, manage rosters, send reminders, and coordinate among trainers, stores and participants.
• Track enrollment, attendance, course completion, assessments, and follow-up items.
• Maintain training records, dashboards, and learning-system data; prepare materials and certificates.
• Support training logistics, including room setup, virtual meetings, and participant communications.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent processes.
