The Field Access and Reimbursement Training Manager Consultant will develop and support delivery of training programs that support Field Access Manager (FAM) teams and related commercial functions. This individual will partner closely with client stakeholders to identify practical, compliant, and field-focused training needs that enhance access and reimbursement capabilities, product knowledge, and field execution.
The ideal candidate brings experience in pharmaceutical field access, reimbursement, patient support services, training facilitation, and adult learning principles, along with the ability to work across multiple therapeutic areas. Initial focus will support Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).
