Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Training, Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, or Learning & Development within logistics/supply chain
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Experience designing competency-based learning programs
• Experience implementing quality management systems
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and employee development
• Strong coaching, facilitation and presentation abilities

Job description

• Develop and execute the organization's training and quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, operational, and refresher training programs for warehouse, transportation, customer service, and support teams.
• Establish quality standards, audit processes, and performance scorecards to ensure operational compliance.
• Monitor customer feedback, service levels, operational KPIs, and quality trends to improve overall performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Training & Quality team while promoting a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, or Learning & Development within the logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or distribution industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams and operational projects.
• Experience in designing competency-based learning programs and implementing quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and employee capability development.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
