Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas, TX seeks a Training Coordinator to oversee warehouse training programs, deliver competency-based sessions, and ensure alignment with DSV and client requirements.

You will monitor KPIs, create and maintain training documents, and facilitate safety and operational updates while evaluating staff and retraining as needed. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years warehousing/logistics experience.
• 6 months training experience required.
• 1 year MHE experience; willing to become certified within 30 days.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• English reading, writing and verbal skills required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
