Job summary

The University of Maryland’s Division of Information Technology (DIT) is seeking a Training Lead for the Elevate team to guide training for the Workday Student system. You will supervise a team of Training specialists and translate complex configurations into learning materials to support staff proficiency.

You will deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and documentation to support system implementations and campus adoption, with in-person work at College Park, MD as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience and 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Additional work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, and optimization of training for the Workday Student system.
• Translate complex configurations into actionable learning materials for staff.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions, workshops, and produce documentation to support implementation and adoption.
• Supervise Training specialists and coordinate across the Elevate team.
