Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Training Lead to develop and manage NET training programs, including ILT and CBT materials. The role supports operators, coordinates with the ATEC SO for on-site sessions, and ensures effective training delivery across remote locations.

Training Lead

• Develops the NET training plan, as well as supervises development of course training materials.

• Develops and assesses either formal or informal initial training required for the operator and provides ongoing training and support to educate individual users, as needed.

• Coordinates with the ATEC SO to provide an on‑site training location appropriate for technical instruction and supplies necessary to execute NET.

• Security Clearance Level:Active Secret Clearance

• Location:Remote

• Travel: up to 10%-25% travel
