• Five years of experience as a rigging/moving/ construction role.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL training requirements.
• Experience delivering training programs and curriculums.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows OS.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprenticeship training initiative; pair mentors with mentees.
• Oversee project training initiatives for regional office needs.
• Coordinate skill development training for legacy/incumbent employees.
• Perform gap analyses and determine development paths.
• Produce training materials and deliver presentations; oversee field training programs.
• Maintain training records compliant with audits.
• Evaluate student progress and program effectiveness.
• Attend trade shows and maintain SME affiliations.
• Evaluate new hires for training entry; perform other duties as needed.
