The Training Instructor – Airport Operations will work with Customer Service employees. This role applies working knowledge and experience in learning and development to broaden capabilities. Continues to build understanding of United's training processes and employee development needs, performing various assignments in support of organizational learning strategy. Uses prescribed guidelines to analyze training situations, receiving moderate guidance in developing and implementing learning programs.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
The base pay range for this role is $70,304.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
