Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a Training General Manager to lead restaurant operations while developing future General Managers and leaders.

This role is ideal for a strong QSR operator who can run a high-volume restaurant, coach people to the next level, and build a culture of accountability and performance.

You will train and support General Managers and ensure food safety and financial controls, fostering a culture of excellence across the brand's locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop restaurant managers.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, sales, and controllable expenses.
• Track record of improving restaurant performance.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to lead from the front and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations including sales, labor, food cost, guest service, cleanliness, and overall profitability
• Train, coach, and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, and future leaders
• Serve as a hands-on resource for new General Managers during their training and transition into their own restaurants
• Teach company operating procedures, food safety standards, customer service expectations, scheduling, inventory, and financial management
• Build strong management teams and identify high-potential employees for advancement
• Hold managers accountable to company standards and performance goals
• Monitor key restaurant metrics and develop action plans to improve performance
• Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and development
• Partner with District and Regional leadership on operational initiatives and leadership development
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and company policies
• Lead by example and demonstrate what great restaurant leadership looks like every day
