Paxton Keiser Enterprises is seeking Growing Individuals for a General Manager in Training to advance to a GM role in a Quick Service Restaurant. The program focuses on developing leadership and operational skills to run a restaurant successfully.

Responsibilities include daily operations, hiring and training, managing front and back of house, ensuring food quality, and controlling food and labor budgets, while delivering great customer service with a focus on cleanliness.

• Requirements: High School diploma or GED.
• QSR experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and build a great team.
• Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
