Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federally funded construction management system rollout. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors.

You will ensure participants gain the knowledge to use the new system, manage large-scale change across multiple locations, and collaborate with Training Managers to plan schedules and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel as required; US travel may be extensive.
• Strong classroom facilitation and training delivery skills.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Engage participants and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness; suggest improvements.
• Represent the training team to Government personnel and stakeholders.
