Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government Client implementing a new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for project staff, engineers, and external contractors, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills.

You will work with Training and Program Managers to schedule courses, track attendance, and support organizational change during CMP deployment, with extensive travel

Qualifications

• US citizen status required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel as needed (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person settings.
• Prepare and follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Guide participants and respond to questions during training.
• Manage classroom engagement and track attendance.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules.
