Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Training Director to oversee employee and foster parent training, ensuring compliance with training requirements and all applicable laws. You will manage the Relias Training System and coordinate sessions at our Portland office as needed.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $65,000 per year, with full benefits including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and health plans. Bi-lingual candidates may receive additional compensation and the company supports professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 2 years of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults OR
• A Master’s Degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 1 year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults

Does the following apply to you?

• A Bachelor’s degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 2 years of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults OR
• A Master’s Degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 1 year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults

Training or experience in Collaborative Problem Solving, Peer Support Services, and Trauma Informed Care is preferred.
