Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Technical Writing, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience developing curricula, instructional programs, or delivering large technical trainings.
• Experience in a manufacturing training environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate training programs and materials.
• Deliver training sessions including new hire orientation and ongoing development.
• Maintain training records and LMS content; track participation and outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external training events and audits as needed.
