Job summary

You will lead a team, manage LMS and analytics, and collaborate with HR and leaders to drive scalable, high-impact training that enhances patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, HR, education, business, nursing, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or workforce development; 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, health system) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of training programs enterprise-wide.
• Ensure learning content supports organizational competencies and business requirements.
• Leverage adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement orientation, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively.
• Ensure scalability and consistency of training delivery across the organization.
• Maintain training records and audit readiness.
• Manage LMS and digital training tools.
• Track training metrics and report on outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of training specialists or coordinators.
• Collaborate with HR, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and external partners.
