As Training & Development Manager, you will:

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop simplified instructional materials for online courses that will enhance staff comprehension, compliance, and inspection readiness for clinical trials.
• Create and revise interactive storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure all instructional content aligns with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for online learning, utilizing appropriate instructional design models.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to meet project goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field is highly desired.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator to create interactive content, including storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, GxP industry, or a highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered will be based on factors including education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
