Job summary

In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Training Developers to support our rapidly growing engineering work on Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Weapons Systems. The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL, with flexible schedules.

Qualified candidates must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance and a STEM-related degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, ADDIE, and multiple training modalities.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM or related degree or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility in instructional design.
• Experience conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing learning solutions.
• Proven ability to design for online, in-person, and hybrid modalities; both synchronous and asynchronous formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials for GMD systems.
• Conduct TNA to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Evaluate instructional effectiveness using metrics and feedback.

The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL.
