Job summary

In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Training Developers to support our rapidly growing engineering work on Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Weapons Systems. The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL, with flexible schedules.

Qualified candidates must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance and a STEM-related degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, ADDIE, and multiple training modalities.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM or related degree or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility in instructional design.
• Experience conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing learning solutions.
• Proven ability to design for online, in-person, and hybrid modalities; both synchronous and asynchronous formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials for GMD systems.
• Conduct TNA to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Evaluate instructional effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
