AOE International in Champaign, IL seeks a Training Manager to lead all instruction at the Hub and own the CEJA Core Competencies curriculum. You will supervise instructors, plan the cohort calendar, and align activities with the curriculum framework.

Responsibilities include coordinating labs, ensuring safety and equipment readiness, overseeing credentialing, and teaching Construction Career Cluster modules when needed.

Formación

• Five+ years in electrical/solar/construction trades or technical training.
• Experience designing curriculum, assessments or lab instruction for occupational training.
• Experience supervising instructors or leading a crew.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all instruction at the Hub and own the CEJA Core Competencies curriculum.
• Hire, schedule, observe and coach instructors and ensure they meet framework requirements.
• Set up and maintain labs and ensure safety inspections and equipment readiness.
• Manage credential provider requirements and exam scheduling.
• Teach Construction Career Cluster foundation and cover classes when needed.
• Present curriculum results to employer advisory group and act on recommendations.
