CPLL is seeking a creative and engaged Learning Designer to join our dedicated team of professionals. The Learning Experience Team focuses on the development of learner-centric and high-impact customized learning solutions designed for multiple delivery formats, tech-enabled learning environments, and tailored to specific organizational or departmental needs. Standing while facilitating in‑person training sessions. There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature, and air conditions.
Educational Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Personnel Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: Four years of professional personnel experience involving training in a formal classroom and/or the development of curriculum and lesson plans for adult learners are required. Pertinent training experience at the professional level may be substituted for the above educational requirement on a year‑for‑year basis.
License: None.
