Job summary

TruStile Doors is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Quality team at our Northwood, IA plant. You will develop and deliver production training, administer skills matrices, and manage trainer qualifications to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

You will partner with Operations to drive workforce readiness, support onboarding, and continuously improve training content. Attendance and effective training delivery are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing, quality, training, leadership, or related experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and influence across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site training programs and maintain skills matrices.
• Develop training plans, work instructions, and standardized materials.
• Deliver classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training.
• Manage trainer certification and recertification requirements.
• Maintain training records and compliance metrics.
