Overlake Medical Center & Clinics seeks a Life Support Training Coordinator to manage and deliver life support courses (BLS, ACLS, NRP). Part-time 0.6 FTE with 48-hour bi-weekly pay period and 8-hour shifts.
The role covers planning, implementation, evaluation and compliance reporting, along with instruction for BLS courses. It requires CPR certification and BLS instructor credentials within 3 months, and 1 year of related experience in an acute care setting.

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has a new opportunity in our Clinical Education Department for Life Support Training Coordinator.
Part time (.6 FTE - 48 hours bi-weekly pay period)
8-hour shifts
This position will be responsible for administration and coordination of training for life support courses: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). This includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and compliance reporting. This role will also provide instruction for BLS courses.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Healthcare provider CPR certification required. Certification as an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Instructor is required within three months of hire. Training Center faculty for BLS preferred,
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in adult education, teaching, program planning, coordination and evaluation processes required. Acute Healthcare setting experience preferred.
