Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics seeks a Life Support Training Coordinator to manage and deliver life support courses (BLS, ACLS, NRP). Part-time 0.6 FTE with 48-hour bi-weekly pay period and 8-hour shifts.

The role covers planning, implementation, evaluation and compliance reporting, along with instruction for BLS courses. It requires CPR certification and BLS instructor credentials within 3 months, and 1 year of related experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in adult education, teaching, program planning, coordination and evaluation processes.
• Acute Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• BLS Instructor certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of classes, rooms and instructors.
• Use LMS for enrollment, tracking and reporting; maintain records for students and instructors.
• Ensure compliance and equipment readiness; manage supplies for on-site classes.
• Provide room setup and cleanup as needed; travel to sites to transport training equipment.
