Lee Kum Kee (USA) Inc. is seeking a Training Supervisor to direct and coordinate the production training program, ensuring new hires complete a 90-day introduction and that ongoing training aligns with GMP/SSOP/HACCP, allergens, gluten, and chemical requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) in Training or related discipline required, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a training role in a food manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experienced in Lean/Six Sigma and able to partner with leadership to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented; eager to take on challenges and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and organizing skills to build effective teams and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to read/write routine reports and procedures; able to interpret safety and maintenance documents.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production to carry out onsite training program.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders to arrange training classes.
• Monitor and arrange annual training with GMP/SSOP/HACCP/Allergen/Gluten and chemical training vendors.
• Ensure new hires complete the 90-day introduction period.
• Ensure existing employees receive refreshers following BRC and ISO audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
