Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA, a division of Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd., seeks a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate manufacturing activities at the City of Industry, CA facility. You will lead multiple shift teams, ensuring production schedules and sanitation requirements are met while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a supervisory role within food manufacturing, with Lean/Six Sigma experience and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the Production Function under the Production Manager.
• Coordinate daily operations with Engineering, Warehouse, and QC during production.
• Lead multiple teams (Processing, Filling, CIP, Sanitation) to meet schedules and sanitation requirements.
• Monitor daily operations to satisfy GMP/SSOP/HACCP and safety standards.
• Provide GMP training and manage time/attendance records and production reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to meet KPIs and goals.
• Operate HMIs and processing controls as needed; back up the department manager when absent.
