A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee employee training and onboarding processes. The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain training programs. This full-time position offers flexible hours, and the successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
The Training Coordinator position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. We are seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule who can assist with employee training during evening hours as needed. The hourly range for this position is $21.50-$26.00/hr.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Advanced Degree: Preferred
Experience: 3+ years training experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Other Requirements: Strong communication skills a must; must be able to communicate with a wide array of audiences and have the ability to facilitate group training sessions; demonstrated aptitude and experience with record-keeping and compliance; strong attention to detail; self-directed, motivated and organized.
