Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, venue selection, material preparation, and technology setup.
  • Ensure training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate and organized training records, attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, manuals, and multimedia content.
  • Maintain the learning management system (LMS) or appropriate database with current training programs and materials.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and schedule appropriate sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and review feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to training programs and processes.
  • Ensure training equipment is well-maintained and available for use.
  • Order and manage inventory of training supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and training providers.
  • Document training processes and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and expand expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of new training initiatives and programs.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
