Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Training Coordinator to support workforce development across manufacturing operations in Franklin, NH. The role focuses on onboarding, safety training, certifications, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
You will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and HR to deliver effective training, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
This highly organized and people-focused individual will be responsible for supporting workforce development, employee capability, and training compliance across manufacturing operations. The Training Coordinator will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and site leadership to ensure employees receive the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting employee engagement, continuous learning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance through effective training systems and processes. This position reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager. This role is onsite and based in Franklin, NH.
While performing the job duties, you will be working on‑site in a manufacturing facility.
You will be required to work at the Company’s location in Franklin, NH.
Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
