Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Training Coordinator to work with the local HR team to streamline onboarding and training programs for new hires. This entry-level role provides administrative support to identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

You will coordinate with production trainers, help develop programs, and assist HR and Talent Development with data on retention. A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ experience are preferred.
