Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Learning Specialist to help create, produce, and facilitate training content across multiple platforms. You will enhance selling skills for sales professionals using audio, video, and printed materials, collaborating with stakeholders to tailor training to team needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in social media content, video production, and graphic design, thriving in an innovative, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Strong organizational and resourceful abilities.
• Familiarity with LMS and related creation software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of ongoing training initiatives, including weekly broadcasts and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and SMEs to tailor training content.
• Produce and repurpose assets for various training media and LMS deployment.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for sales training and events.
• Help design a high-level course design roadmap.
