Job summary

Team Bahen, partnered with SERVPRO franchises, is seeking a Content Coordinator to develop polished training content. You’ll create presentations, videos, and learning resources, and manage content within our LMS to support employee success across multiple locations.

Working with the Training & Development Manager, you will translate policies into engaging materials, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with leaders to keep content current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of experience in instructional design, marketing, communications, training, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Experience with presentation, video editing, or digital content creation software is a plus
• SharePoint and Excel content creation experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and update training presentations, videos, job aids, guides, and learning resources
• Build and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Develop and update Company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain the Company's Knowledge Management System to ensure documentation remains current and accurate
• Review and revise training content to reflect process improvements and policy updates
• Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, user-friendly content
• Support Training Department reporting, documentation, and special projects
• Help maintain a professional, organized library of Company training resources

Working alongside our Training & Development Manager, you'll help transform ideas, policies, and procedures into engaging learning resources that employees use every day.

What You'll Do

As our Content Coordinator, you'll help develop and maintain the materials that keep our employees informed, trained, and successful. Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and update training presentations, videos, job aids, guides, and learning resources
• Build and maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS)

Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
