Northern Lights Locating in Naperville, IL is seeking a Training and Compliance Specialist to develop, deliver, and oversee training programs for utility locating practices. This exempt, full-time role focuses on safety, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement through audits and coaching.

You will lead field and classroom trainings, perform regular audits, document results, and report to the Damage Prevention Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years utility locating experience required.
• Ability to locate all utility types and read maps.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ for field audits and training.

Responsibilities
