Join Delaware's Birth to Three Early Intervention (B23) Program as a Training and Education Specialist III! Design and deliver innovative training, technical assistance, and educational resources that support IDEA Part C compliance for program staff, early intervention providers, community partners, and families.
We're seeking a dynamic public speaker and collaborative professional who is passionate about fostering partnerships across programs, agencies, and committees, representing B23 through community outreach, and strengthening Delaware's statewide early intervention system.
Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements. Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified.
At least two years of experience designing training for in person or virtual sessions, including developing curriculum, creating and editing instructional materials, presenting information, and developing e learning or blended learning courses using common e learning development tools.
One year of experience participating in community events and conducting outreach, including engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders, building partnerships, and gathering, preparing, and presenting information to public.
