Job summary

Prescient Edge in Tampa, FL seeks a Training and Development Specialist II to support planning, execution of MARCENT exercises, and after-action reviews, with a SECRET clearance. • Conducts after-action reviews (AARs) and develops training analyses.
• Experience with military training/exercise planning; JELC process understanding.

• Experience with military training/exercise planning; understanding of the JELC process; ability to develop AARs and training analysis reports. Desired education:
