Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Training and Development Specialist II in Tampa, FL. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of MARCENT exercises, conducts after-action reviews, and provides analytical support for training plans and readiness assessments.

The candidate should have significant experience in military training/exercise planning, understand the JELC process, and be able to develop AARs and training analysis reports.
