Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or instructional design.
• Experience creating instructor-led and eLearning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with Vyond, Articulate 360, Camtasia or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain instructor-led and computer-based training materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to collect, organize, and document technical information.
• Create and update lesson plans, participant guides, job aids, presentations, exams, and evaluations.
• Assist with curriculum reviews and training program updates.
• Identify opportunities for learning improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and communications as needed.
• Ensure training materials comply with established standards and procedures.
• Update and maintain content in SharePoint.

Our client is seeking a contingent Training Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of technical training and development programs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, operations personnel, and training team members to create and maintain learning materials, support training initiatives, and ensure training content remains accurate and current.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain instructor-led and computer-based training materials.


• Partner with subject matter experts to collect, organize, and document technical information.


• Create and update lesson plans, participant guides, job aids, presentations, exams, and evaluations.


• Assist with curriculum reviews and training program updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent experience.


• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.


• Experience developing training materials, procedures, technical documentation, or instructional content.


• Experience developing eLearning, video-based training, and interactive learning content using tools such as Vyond, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting utility, operations, industrial, or technical training programs.
