Exostar is seeking a Training Analyst within the Customer Education and Training team to evaluate current programs and ensure the training needs of the organization are fulfilled. You will conduct needs analyses, assess delivery, develop solutions, translate technical requirements, and support content management and delivery.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in instructional design, and U.S. citizenship per security requirements.
As part of the Exostar Customer Education and Training team, the Training Analyst will evaluate our current training programs to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled.
The pay range for this position is $75,000k - $95,000k/yr; however, the final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
