Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Material Handler III to support training initiatives and on-site warehouse operations in Florence, KY. The role includes preparing training materials, delivering training to new hires and staff, and maintaining work instructions while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The position requires forklift operation (certified), the ability to coordinate start-of-shift communications, and coaching others.

Qualifications

• Member of Safety Committee at least once during the year.
• Must be a trainer and exhibit competency in training others.
• Must know all accounts and be able to perform every floor function in the branch.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and/or other applications.

Responsibilities

• Check for vendor accuracy, create bill of ladings (BOLs).
• Validate no damage to cargo; ensure correct labeling; perform quality checklist; sign off on load accuracy, kitting, sub-assembly.
• Operate forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment; load/unload materials.
• Read and follow work orders; move materials per instructions; perform housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
