Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Material Handler III (Training Ambassador) for a schedule Nights shift, Sun, Mon, Tue, and every other Wed, from 7:00pm to 7:00am, at our Florence, KY location. This on-site role focuses on training material preparation, delivering sessions to new hires and staff, maintaining work instructions, and coaching employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, safety

Qualifications

• Preparation of training materials (technical and soft skills).
• Presentation of training to new hires and existing employees.
• Review, development, and maintenance of work instructions.
• Start of Shift communications regarding updates to training processes.
• Providing coaching and feedback to employees.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and/or other applications.
• Performing MH III duties as needed based on workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Check for vendor accuracy and create bill of ladings (BOLs).
• Validate cargo damage free status, correct labeling, and quality checklists.
• Handle hazardous materials, packing, and MSDS paperwork.
• FIll client orders safely within Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards and safe work environment.
• Read and follow work orders to move materials.
• Operate forklift/high reach/other warehouse equipment.
• Load/unload materials and secure for transport.
• Record weights and counts in daily production sheets.
• Attach tags/labels and scan freight in WMS with RF devices.
• Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping for a safe work environment.
