Job Description

Deposita(TM), an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Training Representative to train store personnel on technology and cash-handling devices. The role involves developing and presenting training in person or virtually, based on the information obtained through shadowing and training sessions.

Position Details: Part-time Trainer, $22/hour, remote, with at least 2 years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training using mobile devices
• Use applications like PowerPoint, internal systems, Zoom to deliver training
• Execute and track training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in training, retail, accounting, or customer service
• Experience in retail operations, cash handling, loss prevention, or guest services
• Ability to exercise discretion, present training effectively, communicate flexibly, and troubleshoot system issues

Other Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings
