Nudge Behavioral Data Science LLC is a California-based behavioral data analytics company dedicated to advancing high-quality behavior intervention services worldwide through data science and evidence-based approaches. We specialize in connecting U.S.-based behavior analysis expertise with international clinical needs. Currently, we primarily support autism intervention centers in China by providing remote behavior analysis, case supervision, staff training, and systematic quality management.

As a remote-first company serving international markets, we are committed to building an ethical, data-driven, and outcome-oriented model for cross-cultural collaboration. Our services not only bring professional guidance to intervention practices abroad but also offer U.S.-based BCBAs the opportunity to extend their professional impact globally. Through flexible remote arrangements, BCBAs can gain broader clinical experience, participate in international training initiatives, enhance cultural competence, and contribute meaningfully to the global development of behavior analysis.

Nudge Behavioral Data Science LLC is one of the few companies in the industry that centers its mission on “data-driven remote behavior analysis.” We are actively exploring how to integrate digital platforms, cultural adaptability, and regulatory compliance to create a sustainable and scalable model for international ABA collaboration.

Position Overview

This is a remote, part-time consulting role for a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and professional development support to a designated employee pursuing BCBA certification. The employee is currently completing their supervised fieldwork as required by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

In this role, you will serve as the designated supervisor and co-signer of the Form I-983 Training Plan, working in collaboration with the company to develop and implement a customized supervision contract that meets all BACB requirements. The supervision plan will outline the structure, frequency, format, and content of the supervised fieldwork, along with progress evaluation mechanisms—ensuring the employee’s fieldwork hours are legally and effectively completed.

The core of this role is to provide structured, high-quality, and actionable remote supervision, while maintaining ongoing compliance and effectiveness of the training plan. Your guidance will play a key role in supporting the employee’s legal work authorization and long-term professional growth toward becoming a certified BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the company to develop and co-sign the Form I-983 Training Plan, outlining supervision goals, learning modules, fieldwork structure, and evaluation methods
  • Provide compliant remote supervision in accordance with BACB and SEVP/ICE regulations, including regular check-ins, data review, and performance feedback
  • Guide and assist the trainee in completing quarterly progress evaluations, learning reflections, and behavior analysis documentation
  • Attend remote meetings monthly or as needed to conduct case reviews, ethics discussions, and quality assurance checks
  • Review intervention plans, data summaries, skill acquisition records, and behavior reports; offer constructive feedback and improvement guidance
  • Provide clinical decision-making support aligned with the BACB Code of Ethics
  • Help establish standards for remote supervision implementation, including supervision frequency, formats, documentation protocols, and training outcome tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Active and in-good-standing BCBA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in behavior analysis; prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with BACB supervision standards for supervised fieldwork and related ethical guidelines
  • Understanding of—or willingness to learn—STEM OPT regulatory requirements and the Form I-983 implementation process
  • Ability to effectively conduct remote supervision, including regular meetings, data reviews, documentation, and coordination
  • Strong time management, a sense of responsibility, and awareness of cross-cultural communication needs
