Benchmark in Rochester, MN is seeking a Training Coordinator. This role involves conducting training classes, maintaining training logs, and delivering content on several subjects. The successful candidate will become certified as an IPC Trainer within six months.

Conducts training classes in a wide range of subjects based on the organization needs, software applications and IPC inspection. Schedules and conducts training, working with Human Resources and management staff to limit impact on business operations. Must become certified as IPC Trainer within 6 months of starting in this role. Primary schedule will be on day shift M-F, but will require coverage at times to support off‑shift training needs.
2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.

Shift: Shift 1 – Work Schedule: M‑F 0800‑1700 – Full Time
Compensation Range: $21.79 to $27.24 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
