Heartland for Children in Florida seeks a Field Trainer to develop and deliver training activities for case workers and supervisors at contracted CMOs, ensuring transfer of learning from classroom to field.
You will conduct field/home visits, provide system training (LMS, Florida Safe Families Network), document sessions, and coordinate field days while ensuring training hours compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree and active child welfare certification.

Job Summary:
This is a professional training position responsible for the development and delivery of training activities, providing guidance and support to case managers and supervisors at the contracted Case Management Organizations (CMO) and ensuring the transfer of learning from the classroom to the field is demonstrated and practiced.
Bachelors degree in social services or related field. Two to three years’ experience in child welfare. Must have an active child welfare certification.
Master’s Degree preferred.
