Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our warehouse workforce. You will present training using diverse formats, assess learning outcomes, and coordinate classes with instructors and facilities.

The ideal candidate has a background in instructional design or training, a degree, and professional certification, plus experience in a warehouse setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable career at GXO.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training is required.
• Professional training certification is preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Present or facilitate training opportunities using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training
• Professional training certification
• 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role
